MB-23P

MP-23P is an aluminium system intended for balcony glazings. The solution is based on horizontally shifted windows. Such windows provide protection against unfavourable weather conditions, i.e. wind, rain and snow, and also dust and noise. The MB-23P structures also serve as anti-theft protection, which is especially important for ground-floor flats.

MB-59S

The MB-59S system is used for the construction of exterior architectural components requiring thermal and acoustic insulation, e.g. various types of windows, doors, vestibules, display windows, etc. The structural depth of window sections is 50 mm for window frames and 59 mm for casements. The external surfaces of these sections are fixed in the same vertical plane. The structural depth of the door sections, both for frames and the casements, is 50 mm. This ensures the levelling of the casement with the frame from both the inside and the outside.

MB-70CW

The system, based on the MB-70 window structure with enhanced thermal insulation, is used for fitting windows in reinforced concrete or brick facades. In facades of this kind, there are two types of spaces – the so called “cold” and “warm” spaces. Thermally insulated windows fitted in window openings in front of the facade constitute the “warm” spaces, while the “cold” spaces are spandrel walls protecting the structure and thermal insulation (e.g. mineral wool) against weather.

MB-77HS

Lift and slide doors are perfect solutions for architectural components joining rooms or garden rooms with the exterior, and they provide a convenient exit to the balcony, terrace or open garden space. MB-78 EI

The MB-86 window-and door-system is a product with excellent parameters, designed to meet diverse user needs. The structure of its sections comes in three versions, depending on the requirements of energy saving: ST, SI or AERO. The MB-86 is the only aluminium window-and-door system in which aerogel– a material providing excellent thermal insulation – is applied. The high durability of the profiles is also one of the assets of the MB-86 system, as it allows the fitting of large and heavy structures.

MB-118 EI

The MB-78 system is used for interior and exterior firewalls with single and double-leaf doors with fire-resistance classes EI 15, EI 30, EI 45, EI 60 or EI 90, in accordance with the PN-EN 13501-2:2010 standard. Extensive research and calculations also proved that products using this system provided excellent thermal (Uf from 1.60 W/n2K) and acoustic insulation (up to 40 dB). Thanks to its properties, optimised technology and production costs, compatibility with other ALUPROF window-and-door systems, and consistent technical development, the system is a very popular product in its category and is widely used in the building industry. The MB-118 EI fire-structure system is used for firewalls with the fire-resistance class E1120. The system is classified as non fire spreading (NRO). Its structure is technically compatible with the MB-78 EI firewall-and door-system, which means that there are many common elements (such as glazing beads, cooling inserts, expanding tapes, seals and most accessories), and also that the production and installation technology is similar to the underlying system.

MB-Slide

These systems are used for sliding doors and windows with thermal insulation, which can be fitted into brick walls, aluminium facades, garden rooms and display-window architecture made of the elements of the MB-59S or MB-59S Casement system. Sliding doors, especially those of large sizes, create the impression of “enlarging” the living area through its link with the exterior terrace or garden.
